The equipment is suitable for the thermoplastic forming of various types of plates (ABS PP PS PVC EPS HIPS PE HDPE PC PMMA EVA PETG PETGAG).

door panel, lighting, luggage, decorative parts, slides, furniture, sanitary ware, lamps, toys, Plastic products of various materials such as art advertisements,
ignage signs, traffic signs, pallet liners (eg industrial pallets).
Main Features
*The equipment consists of five working stations: feeding---correcting---heating---forming---unloading;
*Automatic feeding, accurate alignment, rapid mold change, automatic clamping system and blanking stacking system or automatic feeding system for cutting,
the design of the whole system reduces the number of users and reduces the labor intensity of laborers;
*Control system, complete set of closed-loop control system, can shorten the reaction time and reduce equipment downtime through network and equipment
PLC interface connection;
*The imported heating element with low energy consumption is selected, and the heating system is monitored by multiple temperature control points throughout
the whole process, so that the uniform temperature of the plate is controlled by heat;
*Solenoid valves, pneumatic valves, and restrictors are used to precisely control the vacuum system and air compression system.
